At Just Jerky, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item or do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a resolution.
To be eligible for a refund due to damage or loss, your item must be reported to us in the same condition that you received it. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage along with your order number. ​

If your claim is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Lost Products:
If your order does not arrive, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution.
